量子光场的关联性质是量子光学研究的一个重要主题。在对其深入挖掘的过程中, 人们在经典光场关联性质方面的研究也取得了一系列重要进展。尤其是结合近二十年来在光信息处理方面备受关注的轨道角动量自由度, 观察到许多与高维量子光关联性质相对应的现象。本综述对轨道角动量光束中的经典光关联相关研究进行了总结, 介绍了轨道角动量光束中的局域不可分离性及其应用, 对空间可分离轨道角动量光束中的经典光关联也做了讨论。特别地, 作为一种潜在的量子过程研究平台, 还对基于轨道角动量光束的随机行走研究作了介绍。

为了解决训练样本有限情况下高光谱图像分类精度低的问题,提出了一种结合扩张卷积与注意力机制的三维-二维串联卷积神经网络模型。首先,该模型以串联的三维-二维卷积神经网络作为基础结构,利用三维卷积同时提取高光谱图像的空谱特征,并采用二维卷积进一步提取高级空间语义信息;然后,通过引入扩张卷积增大卷积核感受野,构建了多尺度特征提取结构,实现了多尺度特征的融合;最后,利用注意力机制使网络关注重要的空谱特征,并抑制噪声和冗余信息。在两个常用数据集上对本文算法和四种基于深度学习的分类算法进行对比实验,结果表明,所提模型取得了最准确的分类结果,有效提高了训练样本有限条件下的分类精度。

The realization of robust coherent energy transfer with a long range from a donor to an acceptor has many important applications in the field of quantum optics. However, it is hard to be realized using conventional schemes. Here, we demonstrate theoretically that robust energy transfer can be achieved using a photonic crystal platform, which includes the topologically protected edge state and zero-dimensional topological corner cavities. When the donor and the acceptor are put into a pair of separated topological cavities, the energy transfer between them can be fulfilled with the assistance of the topologically protected interface state. Such an energy transfer is robust against various kinds of defects, and can also occur over very long distances, which is very beneficial for biological detections, sensors, quantum information science, and so on.

为了解决基于深度学习的高光谱图像分类方法对于小样本数据分类精度低的问题,提出了一种基于多尺度残差网络的分类模型。该模型通过在残差模块中加入分支结构,分别构造了基于光谱特征和空间特征的提取模块,实现了空间特征和光谱特征的多尺度提取融合,充分利用了高光谱图像中丰富的空谱信息。此外,所提模型使用了动态学习率、批归一化以及Dropout等来提高计算效率和防止过拟合。实验结果表明,该模型在Indian Pines和Pavia University数据集上分别取得了99.07%和99.96%的总体分类精度,与支持向量机和现有的深度学习方法相比,所提模型有效地提高了针对小样本高光谱图像的分类性能。

Entangled photons are the fundamental resource in quantum information processing. How to produce them efficiently has always been a matter of concern. Here we propose a new way to produce correlated photons efficiently from monolayer WS2 based on bound states in the continuum (BICs). The BICs of radiation modes in the monolayer WS2 are realized by designing the photonic crystal slab-WS2-slab structure. The generation efficiency of correlated photon pairs from such a structure has been studied by using a rigorous quantum model of spontaneous parametric down-conversion with the plane wave expansion method. It is found that the generation efficiency of correlated photon pairs is greatly improved if the signal and idler fields are located at the BICs determined by the inverse scattering matrix of the structure. This is in contrast to the parametric down-conversion process for the enhanced generation of nonlinear waves if the pump field is located at the BICs determined by the scattering matrix of the structure. The generation rate of the correlated photon pairs can be improved by 7 orders of magnitude in some designed structures. The generated quantum signals are sensitive to the wavelength and exhibit narrowed relative line width, which is very beneficial for quantum information processing.

We present an exact solution to the problem of electromagnetic scattering by nanosphere clusters embedded in a liquid crystal cell, based on the Mie theory. The dependence of the scattering property on the structure parameters is investigated in detail. It is shown that strong transverse light currents at the optical frequency can be obtained from these complex structures. Furthermore, we find that sign reversal of the transverse light current can be realized by changing frequency and voltage. The physical origins of these phenomena have been analyzed. The transverse light current for subwavelength nanoscale dimensions is of practical significance. Thus, the application of these phenomena to optical devices is anticipated.

为满足高像素手机的要求,本文根据光学成像理论,利用code V软件设计出一种1300万像素手机镜头。为了增加自由度,减小像差,得到更好的像质,本文采用非球面表面进行光学设计。该镜头由五片非球面镜片、一片滤光镜组成。设计得到光圈值2.2,半视场角35°,有效焦距3.6 mm,镜头总长3.6 mm的轻薄型手机镜头。最终中心视场在中间频率处(即223 lp/mm)的MTF值大于0.6,在高频处大于0.2,在0.8视场中频MTF值大于0.4,可见优化完毕后成像效果可满足使用要求。

The scattering matrix theory has been developed to calculate the third-order nonlinear effect in sphere-graphene-slab structures. By designing structural parameters, we have demonstrated that the incident electromagnetic wave can be well confined in the graphene in these structures due to the formation of a bound state in the continuum (BIC) of radiation modes. Based on such a bound state, third-harmonic (TH) generation and four-wave mixing (FWM) have been studied. It is found that the efficiency of TH generation in monolayer graphene can be enhanced about 7 orders of magnitude. It is interesting that we can design structure parameters to make all beams (the pump beam, probe beam, and generated FWM signal) be BICs at the same time. In such a case, the efficiency of FWM in monolayer graphene can be enhanced about 9 orders of magnitude. Both the TH and FWM signals are sensitive to the wavelength, and possess high Q factors, which exhibit very good monochromaticity. By taking suitable BICs, the selective generation of TH and FWM signals for S- and P-polarized waves can also be realized, which is beneficial for the design of optical devices.

为研究1.06 μm、3.5 μm、10.6 μm三波长激光所受导弹推进剂尾烟干扰的差异程度, 建立开放式烟道测试系统。在烟道头部放置装填有典型导弹推进剂的缩比发动机, 点燃推进剂使之喷射并形成烟柱, 在烟道尾部烟柱直径方向设置激光发射和接收装置, 用以获取3波长的透过率。试验数据分析表明, 烟雾对激光的衰减与烟雾粒子半径有关, 在400 m烟道长度环境中, 10.6 μm激光透过率最高可达1.06 μm激光的104倍。该结果有益于激光制导**的改进和升级。

为了获得固体发烟剂烟雾对几种光学波段的衰减数据, 针对发烟剂的特定成分, 采用烟箱法对其产生的烟雾在可见光0.4 μm~1 μm宽波段、1.06 μm激光波段、10.6 μm激光波段和远红外8 μm~14 μm波段进行透过率测试, 获取3种干扰剂烟雾对不同波段的质量消光系数, 得到4种波段在不同浓度不同干扰剂下的3组透过率曲线。测试结果表明: 在4.8 m烟道上、发烟弹烟雾浓度<1.094 7 g/m3的条件下, 10.6 μm激光透过率较1.06 μm激光高出一倍; 红外热像仪的功用远优于硅CCD相机。
